Northamptonshire based school marketing services. Built for schools, not agencies.

We came to this work as parents first. We understand the enormity of what schools do every day, caring for children, nurturing them and holding whole communities together. When pupil numbers start to fall or staff turnover increases, that pressure grows and it becomes even harder to make time for sharing a school’s story in a way that feels true to who they are.

We understand how schools work from the inside. As a serving school governor with responsibility for marketing and communications, we understand the realities of budgets, accountability and decision-making. We see first-hand how pupil numbers and staff retention affect everything from funding to morale and why getting this right really matters. In addition to our experience of school governance, we have a collective background in education, SEND and social care, alongside many years of running our own businesses. We bring together experience in graphic design, content creation and communication, with a deep understanding of school life. This allows us to support schools in a uniquely creative way, helping improve pupil numbers and strengthen their connection with the communities they serve, without losing what makes them who they are.

What pushed us to act was seeing how schools were often treated by traditional marketing companies. Standard B2B pricing, rigid packages and inflexible shooting schedules are out of step with the reality of tight budgets and already overstretched staff. Large marketing agencies are rarely invested in the outcomes that matter most in schools - the learning, wellbeing and day-to-day experience of children - and these priorities can be overlooked.

Modern challenges mean that schools are increasingly expected to communicate more, reach further afield and connect with families in new ways, without having anyone on staff whose role or training covers communication, design or content creation.

We believe that schools deserve better. We’ve seen first-hand how difficult it can be when a school’s strengths aren’t clearly visible to families in the community. Often, it isn’t about doing more, it’s about helping schools bring forward what already makes them special, in a way that feels warm, honest and familiar to parents and stakeholders.

Graphics & Branding

So how can we help? We support schools in practical, thoughtful ways from photography and film that capture real school life, to longer marketing films and short, natural reels for websites and social media. We also offer graphic design services, creating clear, considered visuals, complete brand identities and refining existing logos to help schools present themselves with confidence, consistency and authenticity.

We also offer dedicated school marketing consultancy. This means taking the time to look properly at what you already have in place, how you present yourselves, how families find you and where things may be getting lost or overlooked. From there, we give clear, honest advice and help shape a realistic plan

that fits your school, your community and your capacity, without adding unnecessary work for staff.

One thing we’re not is a big, glitzy marketing agency with layers of staff and a hefty price tag. Schools don’t need that kind of help. What they do need is people who genuinely care, who take the time to understand their school and who invest themselves properly in the work. That approach has given us a proven track record of helping schools grow pupil numbers, not through schmooze, overproduction and buzzwords, but by helping schools be clearly seen and understood

by the families they serve, in a way that is realistic, proportionate and affordable for schools.
